Where to rent a van from for a 1000km trip?

    1. Miles city-to-city is quite cheap (compared to sixty et al)

Edit: Doesn’t exist in Aachen, nevermind.

I rented from eurocar a sixt. With the option to rent in one city and return it in the other city. Be aware on how much distance is covered by the contract as extra km can ge expensive fast. It think thats why I choose sixt last time. Need to drive 700km and took the 900km (or similar) option. Rent at the end or beginning of a month is likely more expensive as most people move during those times. Or on the weekends. I think I did rent it from tuesday or thursday/friday last time.

And dont forget to get at least the cheapest insurance. I went for 100% coverage, as the like to blame old dents on me before. There was already rust on it…

If you are only moving Location try to get it done in 1 day. Sixt/starcar etc all the same more or less 100-150€ + fuel
Returning in different Location than picking up is no problem and shouldn‘t be more expensive
