As for the reason “police” is written like that:

If it’s at all similar to Serbia, and I’m guessing there is, leading party has it’s own cronies and thugs which often act as police, being in unmarked police uniforms and such and doing the dirty work such as this, or setting up unrests. For example, during one of the protests in Serbia, one police officer actually went in civil in the crowd and tried starting shit up but when police started beating on the crowd he was in, he got knocked out, so that whole group of policemen later got chewed out for hitting on their own. Of course, the leading party spun the story and had the POS with the black eye take a pic with president and they both blamed student protestors for hitting him even though by the time their pic got out, the video of a ‘turtle’ hitting him already went viral withing the half or full hour it was out.

Fuckin shit show, damn, we are yet to see an original dictator with original ideas, huh?
