    Grazie !

Did you really get a german Abitur in a foreign country? Because right now your CV says

      > Schule | Abitur
      >
      > 2019 | Stadt, Ausland

Like my point is that “Abitur” isn’t something you should use to translate whatever diploma you got there.

I’d talk more about skills and ambitions you have and projects you have done in ‘Über mich”. It sounds very generic and almost ai-written right now. Talk about your hard skills

That is not a Lebenslauf, this is a CV.

And you need Anschreiben, not the short “Über mich” part.

Looks ok but sounds a bit too much like ChatGPT in my honest opinion.
      (1) You usually don’t say “Bewerbung ….” On top of your Lebenslauf, that is for the “Anschreiben”.
      (2) the introduction in top of the CV, I personally would not do that. I also would put that for the Cover Letter (Anschreiben)
      (3) have the CV as a reference for your work and life experience like school and last jobs but not specifically for a job application. The more generic the better. I usually have a CV with my data and can use that for several applications, instead of having it non generic. But this could be personal preference
      (4) maybe this helps – do bulletpoints instead of full sentences and be specific with your experience with technology, e.g. for the internship you can state HTML and CSS or projects like Raspberry PI etc.

This unfortunately does not sound like you but sounds like some generic shit someone would copy from a website or use KI to write a Lebenslauf.

In my opinion, your chances of getting an Elektroniker-Ausbildung are not too bad if you can believably convey that you are determined to learn, determin to show up always on time and to commit to the Ausbildung. Your Lebenslauf does convey a certain level of curiosity, drive and willingness to learn. However the way it is formulated which very clearly shows that you strived to use the right buzz words but nothing that you came up with yourself, makes it all kind of dishonest and not believable.

In addition to this: Learning German should be your most important goal right now. You should try to learn it in a very structured way with grammar and lessons at some kind of school, VHS or whatever. It is really important to get the grammar right from the beginning, because learning it later on is much more difficult or even impossible, because people will begin to understand you even if your grammar is incorrect, so they won’t correct you any more. Being able to use grammar correctly, however, is a very important indication for other people. As injust as it may be, everybody judges the competence of other people at least in part by how good they are able to express themselves. This means if your grammar is not perfect then people will judge you as less competent than you probably are for your whole life. Now is the chance to learn German very well and then profit for your whole life in Germany.

It may be sensible to invest a whole year into learning German in a structured way and very well and use this year to get in contact with a company which will employ you for Elektroniker-Ausbildung in 2026. if you manage to get into Ausbildung 2025, very well, but don’t be too disappointed if it doesn’t work out. Improving your German first will make your Ausbildung much easier and allow you to profit in other ways.
