Shouldn’t be too hard. China has actually managed to extend the laws against using people’s likeness to include deepfakes and even AI-based voices, and I believe Korea has similar laws as well. These issues could be solved in the short-term.
it needs to be global to be worth something. its also unenforceable imho
what if I want to deepfake myself?
Good luck on that but won’t get far. I don’t think even a global fan would undo the damage AI has caused to the Internet.
