4. In 3 years, UA enters EU and NATO (since none of it is what’s this genocidal war about.) Peacekeepers out.

5. UA demands payment for damages, life, and material goods. Once Russia agrees and makes the first 6 payments, it can start being reintegrated into a civilized world.

6. Putin gets deported to Hague, or if Ruskies prefer, they can do Chauchesku themselves.
