Non sono sicuro se questo è lo spazio giusto da chiedere, ma Chatgpt non sta aiutando molto e le semplici ricerche su Google non lo fanno per me.
Mi sposerò a Colonia l’anno prossimo e sto cercando un forno in grado di farmi una torta nuziale fino a 9 a livello. I livelli fittizi sono ammessi in combinazione con i fogli che possono alimentare da 550 a 650 persone.
Ho trovato solo 2 panetterie: Le Pompom e Hasan Ozdag – ma mi chiedo ancora, ci sono forse altri panetterie là fuori a parte questi 2? (Fintanto che consegnano a Colonia)
Conosco un fornaio nei Paesi Bassi che lo fa per € 850, incluso il noleggio fittizio. C’è qualcuno nella stessa gamma?

Feed 550-600 people????? No wedding cake is feeding that amount of people.
Well first you are not looking for a baker but for a confectioner (Konditor). Maybe that search term will already help you. Contact them and discuss what you want. But be prepared to learn that you price range for what you are asking is rather unrealistic.
I am not sure how the bakery in the Netherlands does it, but at that price and assuming 600 servings, one serving will cost you 1,41 Euros. You’ll have a hard time getting a simple danish for that price in Germany. Even if you take your whole budget, you are at 2,50 Euro per serving. I very much doubt you will find someone who will be able to make you a decent wedding cake for that price.
