Stavo guardando un testo biblico turco scritto nell’alfabeto armeno e mi sono imbattuto in questa lettera. Mi sembra una legatura delle lettere "N" E "l," o una forma finale insolita di "N." o anche un’ortografia diversa della lettera "K." Questa lettera appare molto raramente, e apparentemente solo in quella parola. Ho cercato su Internet ma non ho trovato alcuna informazione su questa ortografia.

I don’t know how correct I am since I don’t know if “Zevjeng” is an actual word.
Armenians used to have a writing method to abbreviate the words, either for purposes like diminishing the use of ink/work put, and to fit in as much as they can in a page or carving.
This might be one such case.
For example the words “Nakh” (or before) are these three letters Ն Ա Խ. Now using a bit fo imagination, you can put the letters Ն and Խ on top of Ա to form a “singular” letter.
This was quite common Although I am not able to confirm this particular case, it is the one in hand currently. https://imgur.com/a/F6l56Cw
If you read the first word it is supposed to spell God in Armenian. Yet it is only ԱծԱ with a cross on top of it. This was in the San Lazaro church.
I believe that the cross you see on top of the letters includes all the letters of ս տ ո ւ Ա and then the letter ծԱ. Although I am not an expert in Armenian literary stiles.
Another thing it can be is quite literally an “extra” letter, It might not be a mixed letter between ն and կ but a Turkish one that cannot be correctly written. In that case, it should be in the beginning or end lexicon explaining that. Although, it might be possible that doesn’t exist since the letter would have been known.
And low and behold. I just googled to see the Armeno-Turkish alphabet.

The last letter in the alphabet is what you are referencing, used in the way I previously described
