Oggi ho ricevuto la lettera di licenziamento. Questo tipo di comunicazione non dovrebbe essere confidenziale? L’oggetto è scritto con un carattere molto grande sulla lettera. Hanno anche violato la protezione dei dati in un altro incidente. Penso che vogliano solo prendermi in giro. Quanto è consigliata l’azione legale?

      Wüsste jetzt nicht, wo der Datenschutz verletzt wurde. Der Postbote bekommt es zwar mit, aber wenn dein Chef dich im Büro entlässt, dann kommt es ja auf das selbe raus. Datenschutz bezieht sich mehr auf besonders schützenswerte Daten wie z.B. Kreditkarten- oder Personalnummern einer Person, die Kontodaten, ein Kfz-Kennzeichen, das Aussehen, die Kundennummer….

      Why wouldn’t it be legal?

      Even IF they broke data protection law by putting it on the envelope, that would not invalidate the Kündigung.

      Since you provide zero context, only real advice anyone can give at this point is: Talk to a lawyer that specializes in “Arbeitsrecht”

      People here didn’t understand what happens. Ordentliche Kündigung is legal, but writing this on the envelope is a problem and might be illegal… They should write this in only brief which is in the ENVELOPE.

      That is really sick as the company wants to announce that they fired someone… Damn… I am tot sure that it is illegal (definitely contact with a lawyer), but in my opinion that is not ethic…
