Ciao a tutti!
Fammi sapere!
Grazie!

I would add 5 more lakes
If i remember right, there is no Surfing actually bc of a accident. Check it out before you loose time.
Edit: also go to to Regensburg. Its worth a visit.
Surfing in Munich is currently forbidden due to a fatal accident the other day.
There’s no surfing
I would visit the salt mines near Berchtesgaden.
Visit Regensburg aswell, its beautiful and pretty close
I’d recommend visiting Rothemburg ob der Tauber and, when visiting Lindau, also visit Bregenz in Austria: 30min by ship Lindau-Bregenz or a couple of minutes by train.
When you are at Schönau am Königsee, you are near Berchtesgaden: go visit Eagles Nest, the documentation Center, the salt mine and Wimmbachklamm before heading to Salzburg. (Tipp for Dinner: Restaurant Laroswacht)
Tegernsee, Starnberger See, Ammersee, Chiemsee are not that different from each other. Unless you’re REALLY into lakes, you could probably cut some of these to have more time for other spots.
While you’re at Königssee, I’d recommend checking out the Salzbergwerk (salt mine) Berchtesgaden as well. Salzburg is also nearby and nice to visit.
If you want to visit a really local not so touristic place in South Germany I would recommend you to visit Ulm! It’s a small city in Baden-Württemberg and is like 1,5 hours away from Munich. It has a rich history, a beautiful old town and good food. Also here you can find the highest church tower in the world and the birth place of Albert Einstein.
The Danube river (Donau) divides the city from Neu Ulm which is in Bavaria so you can cross the bridge to another state and watch Ulm.
You seem to like water, so Passau! Gorgeous city where three rivers meet. There is a RE train from Munich to Passau (roughtly 2hrs15) and an ICE train between Nürnberg and Passau (roughly 2hrs), with a stop in Regensburg.
Salzburg and Innsbruck are in Austria? XD
Augsburg, Rothenburg ob der Tauber
If you like Schweinehaxe and nice light beer, you can stop along the way in Andech monastery. Linferhof palace is nice too.
August is summer holidays for school children in Bavaria. I’ve never really been a tourist here, but maybe the last week of July would be better to dodge locals taking their children to places.
Ratisbon/Regensburg is missing
Munich I can recommend getting a dingy or Schlauchboot, take the trains to wolfratshausen, and then float down the Isar. It’s a nice kind of hidden local thing.
Zum Franziskaner is an odd choice. For regular traditional Bavarian food, you can get a lot of that in many of the beer gardens, e.g. Augustinerkeller has a rather extensive menu, but if you want to have a more elevated experience, a restaurant like Ayinger am Platzl (opposite of Hofbräuhaus, which you can safely ignore unless you want to tick it off on your list to have had a beer there) is probably a better choice. The beer is also better there.
Personally, I can also recommend visiting Traunstein. Take a day off the lakes, have a nice walk around the town center, see some historic architecture, visit one of the local museums, or visit a brewery (Hofbräuhaus Traunstein) with an award-winning brewery tour and museum.
