      He really wants to drag out the court case .*The defence team previously confirmed to the Central Criminal Court that they plan to call a significant amount of evidence in the case.*

      When hide and seek gets out of hand is not exactly a legal defence. Hope he goes down for the rest of his natural.

      if he does not get the full conviction of murder with the maximum prescribed sentence then I have lost all faith in the irish judicial system

      Eh, how did the Gardai not spot that under the stairs had recently been dug up?

      If I recall it was a tradesman or someone fitting broadband next door that phoned the Gardaí after seeing something out of place which led to the discovery. Goes to show that even if you think it’s nothing, it’s worth a phone call.

      I remember him on TV being interviewed by Paul Byrne over the years with his pleas for Tina to come home, knowing exactly where she was. Throw the book at him.
