Qualcuno può aiutare, cosa significa sopra come tutto ciò di cui ho bisogno per cambiare, sono non parlante tedesco, capisco che ho bisogno di qualcosa con il cambiamento del cofano ma anche il freno deve essere cambiato?

You have to change the active dampers/actuators for the bonnet. Brakes are okay.

Yeah your hood dampers are done, you probably could fix it yourself…
Beside the dampers as others said, it also point out that you should keep an eye on the state of your tires.
Your car has active dampers which deploy on crash to protect pedestrians. Those dampers have an expirydate. I think it’s something around 5 years? It should be printed on the dampers themself.
You need to fix the identified defects listed at “(6) Festgestellte Mängel” -> hood dampers -> this needs to be fixed.
As far as I understand this:
The hood has two gas pressure dampers left/right. These dampers have an expiry date that has passed.
Change the gas dampers (parts should be 30…70 EUR plus work).
Then return to TÜV or any other HU service and let them re-check the identified defects (this will cost 30…40 EUR). With new dampers, the defect is fixed and your car will get the TÜV-Plakette (for date of HU in April).
If you have the dampers changed in a workshop: they often also have TÜV in the workshop so that you don’t have to drive around – ask for “Nachuntersuchung”.
The breaking measurement table is informational (BBA of 51% is hardly over the minimum (50%) but ok für TÜV).
At (10) Hinweise they added info for you to check tires (perhaps old tires or low profile, but at the moment still ok – perhaps get some new ones at some point)
For non technicans, why are hood dampers relevant to pass TÜV?!
If Hood is closed safely, nobody should care. But I think im wrong with this opinion 😀 My last car passed TÜV with absolut non working hood dampers two times (cars now gone).
To add one information, the TÜV also mentioned your vehicle came loaded to the inspection ” (10) Das Fahrzeug ist beladen zur Prüfung vorgestellt worden”. Its not the best condition to send it to TÜV
