Ciao a tutti, gli inquilini di uno dei miei appartamenti hanno riportato un rumore estremamente fastidioso proprio fuori dalla finestra, quindi sono arrivato il giorno seguente per indagare.
Si scopre che i vicini (che affittano) hanno questa unità CA sul lato destro del video che causa questo rumore. Questo è stato installato alcuni mesi fa e tutto è andato bene, tuttavia, credo, hanno iniziato a usare solo le condizioni d’aria di recente e quindi questo rumore viene generato.
Cosa dovrebbe essere fatto? Ho parlato con il proprietario dell’altro Appertment e mi ha detto che non è un suo problema, tutto funziona bene al suo posto e non vuole invitare le persone a risolverlo, ha detto che queste sono spese extra per lui … È un vero dolore in un **, si affitta a buon mercato e ci sono sempre musica ad alta voce, che ci sono musicali a buon mercato e che ci sono musicali a buon mercato in termini di musica a buon mercato e che ci sono sempre musica ad alta voce. Di tutto e poiché continuano a cambiare spesso, non sono sicuro di cosa fare. Pensando di chiamare la polizia (linea di non emergenza) ma i miei inquilini hanno paura di chiamarli e potrebbero anche smettere di suonare musica e se verrà la polizia cosa succederà?
Ma la musica ad alto volume non è il problema principale del problema, il problema principale è questo forte rumore della ventola dell’unità CA!
Mi dispiace per gli inquilini che vivono qui e questo è ovviamente un problema per i futuri inquilini.

Forgot to mention, this is right next to one of their bedrooms, making it very hard to sleep at night as it’s vibrating the system. I completely understand them and would like to resolve this ASAP. I don’t want to buy a new AC unit for the other person as he’s a pain with all of these people (I think he still does AirBNB), constantly playing very loud music past 1AM…
I feel sorry for the people who live in my appartment as well as the other neighbours that may also hear this noise, although probably fainter as it’s not right next to them, but this must be resolved ASAP.
What would you suggest to do?
If the owner of the internal yard owns the airspace above the yard, your neighbour needs the owner’s permission to place an a/c outdoor unit in the airspace.
The easiest solution is to install double glazed windows with thick glass. You might also need to put soundproofing material in the ventilator.
Delete this post first and foremost. Then give it a few weeks and sabotage the unit if no attempt to fix it is made. Get a syringe and a long silicon pipe. Insert it where that electrical cable is going, and squirt salt water. Hopefully that fries some electronics.
