Tere Kõigile;) Ho preso un contratto di affitto un mese fa. Ho perso mia nonna una settimana fa all’improvviso. Nessuna della mia famiglia può effettivamente prendere un cane da me. Sfortunatamente, non è permesso allevare animali nell’attuale appartamento.
Sì, capisco che è genuino fastidioso per il proprietario cercare un altro inquilino. Capisco che questo non è normale da me.
Ma abbiamo sicuramente preso un contratto da Rendin e abbiamo scritto che ho un periodo legale di un mese. Gli ho inviato l’e -mail di cui ho bisogno per interrompere il contratto chiedendo scusa. E mi ha risposto che ho 3 mesi di preavviso così improvvisamente e vuole che paghi € 1.000😅
Come posso affrontarlo se il proprietario se mi insiste a pagare € 1.000 o mi rifiuta di lasciarmi andare? Dovrei ancora pagare l’affitto? Grazie.

Maybe you should contact rendin. Because yeah, the contract only says one month.
If that second image is from your contract, then do as the contract stipulates. If not, according to the contract the landlord refers to, you must pay for the remaining months.
If you have a contract through Rendin, communicate with them instead if the landlord is an ass. Unfortunately sketchy landlords are the same everywhere, if they know you’re not local, they’ll try to use you.
it clearly states in the contract you can leave with 1 month notice so yeah the owner has no right to say you need 3 months notice
3 months notice is by the law, if the contract says otherwise but the owner doesn’t want to compromise then unfortunately it’s gonna be 3 months.
But … he is not keeping you in the apartment, you can still move out but have to pay for the remaining 2 months.
Try making a compromise and maybe help the owner to find a new renter?
