Don’t quote me on this, but I heard that this is actually required by law. Not all businesses do it regardless, though.
Well in Armenia the only official language is Armenian. Nobody in Armenia should be forced to know anything besides Armenian (alphabet) to live and flourish (and get glorious nail work done).
