      Nahh! I believe Chornobyl was pure idiocy on a fundamental particle kind of way, because they are fundamentally inept.

      If it wasn’t so serious it could be the start of a joke…
      A russian, a tank and a bottle of vodka meet on grinder… The russian forgot the lube and the tank had a premature firing… 😁

      Edit: sorry! Though for a moment that it was the dome incident…

      That makes no sense since it cost so much that it was part of a reason why USSR collapsed.

      It’s very well documented how and why it happened. Countless scientists, historians, political analysts and journalists have covered it. There is zero doubt about anything.

      And sorry to say so, but most conspiracy theories have no basis in reality but more in the person who believe them.

      Highly unlikely, it was one of the major catalysts for the fall of the USSR. Unless your claim is, that was also planned?

      Yeah, no. The defect that was found in Chornobyl was in every other RBMK reactor in USSR, and only after that disaster, they had to start dismantling/retrofitting all of them, realising the massive flaw that it had.
