Let them stay in the US. They will bring their stupid political climate here.

The most resourceful Americans will make it to Europe and they will adapt and contribute. Good luck to the rest. There will be ample opportunities at the assembly lines in the new manufacturing companies in America, so as long as you don’t mind a little hard manual labor at the assembly lines, y’all will be fine. The work will make you free.

So, old priveleged white women are fearful of trump… o…k…

    4. Sad_Mall_3349 on

I have been working with US Americans since 1991 and to be honest, I don’t really need them on the European workforce platform.

Their over-self confidence, their two faced behaviour and their general pushyness will not be missed if they stay in the US.

Clearly not every US American employee is like that, but the “Be loud or you’re out”-mentality is instilled from a very young age and it is seriously tiring.

    5. monkeyinsurgency on

I left 14 years ago and have never looked back.

Life in Europe is simply better. It’s easier, and you get so much more time to live it away from work.

    6. GiggleWad on

The EU has become a dumping ground for everybody else’s problems.

Thank you. It’s true, and these are the best and the finest. When the US sends its people, they’re not sending their best. They’re not sending you. They’re not sending you. They’re sending people that have lots of problems, and they’re bringing those problems with us. They’re bringing drugs. They’re bringing crime. They’re rapists. And some, I assume, are good people.

MEGA…..Make Europ……oh wait, we were always great.

    8. slinkyshotz on

as an european, idk if I want that.

even if they’re leftists, they’re american leftists – which is still to the right.

also, nobody guarantees they’re leftists at all – and who would want that?

let them work for their citizenship the same way immigrants do it

    9. Euphoriam5 on

Let’s just hope Europe stays vigilant. They’re freaking out because in Germany we don’t want to repeat history. Never have I seen so much middling from the bootlicker a like Vance & Musk

    10. We only want those who didn’t vote for Trump. The stupid half can stay where the fuck they are and continue not lighting up the room they’re in.

    11. Legitimate-Cow5982 on

All who seek to come here escaping populism and fascism, you are welcome. You will be among your fellows

    12. Lopsided-Affect-9649 on

The answer to the worlds political problems cannot be up and move to Europe unfortunately, its just not feasible long term. Americans are going to have to learn how to fix their problems at home (with Europe’s help if they ask for it), they’ve done it before and they can do it again.

    13. drumzandice on

I have family doing exactly this. They leave in two weeks. The truth of the matter is requires a good deal of money to pick up and move to Europe. Most Americans will not have that option.

    14. SpiritedEclair on

Please don’t come. We are very liberal, very gay, we actually care about others and our community, so please, leave this failing continent alone.

    15. soundofhope7 on

You guys can stay there and deal with your own mess europe capitals are overcrowded as they are.

    16. GoldenMirado on

If the next Einstein leaves the US for Germany I’ll never stop laughing.

    17. _satisfied on

I left 3 years ago. There are days I miss the US, but my quality of life is enormously better here in Spain.

    18. noticingmore on

We don’t want Americans in Europe.

90% of the problems in Europe are due to foreigners overrunning European countries.

    19. WiTHCKiNG on

It’s understandable but I hope they keep the crazy ones, don’t need them roaming around here. What most Europeans don’t get is that most are not overly supportive of trump, they just chose the opposite of what the other side is doing, basically the lesser problem. I hope the language barrier makes these mfs mostly move to Canada. Good that the UK already left the EU, sometimes you have to cut off a leg to safe the rest of the organism. Trump even said it in a interview himself, if the other side was not this retarded he would have never won a second time, but you have to see full length interviews to ever hear about something like this, not just a handpicked fraction of it in the regular news.

    20. ComplexMicrobe808 on

Sorry, but nah, some of these “fleeing” are the ones that brought that nightmare, a colleague of mine was telling me that people he personally knows voted for Trump in the US and have now jumped ship for Asia/ Europe. Further, I personally know people who live in Europe and voted for Trump too!

    21. Gennaro_Svastano on

Americans can be ruthless and unkind. Most love money and have no respect for the planet. Me me me country. It’s a large reason why it is the way it is.

    22. They said that the first time and very few people moved out of the US. It ain’t as easy as they think

    23. Allofthezoos on

I think a lot of Americans are in for a rude awakening when they try to emigrate. People who’s primary skill is being fat and collecting a disability check aren’t going to be let in.

    24. _moosleech on

Immigrated to Portugal a few years ago, independent of U.S. politics. Been working for an EU company for a while now, and can’t imagine ever moving back.

The cost of living and quality of life improvements easily outweighs any salary loss, and the rise of American fascism just makes it that much easier to never consider returning.

    25. BlizzWizzzz on

Since the US is against immigrants I suggest they look elsewhere.

    26. ErikChnmmr on

Hope they don’t bring their American entitlement and sense of superiority with them. That can stay in the USA

    27. Is it just me or do we really need 57 year olds that look to retire here? How will their medical expenses be paid when they get older?

If they move here when they are 57, they will only work for a few years. Then get supported by the social security net we have here.

      Anyone knows how this works?

      > Retirement visas provide advantages such as access to healthcare, tax benefits, and the opportunity to live in a foreign country.

Can they use Schengen and move within the EU

    28. ce_km_r_eng on

YouTube and TikTok soon to be flooded with videos by disappointed Americans

    29. GladForChokolade on

You don’t have to be fearful to leave america. You just have to disagree with Trump. If people can’t get into America unless they support Trump, what’s to stop him from deporting us citizens who don’t support him. He’s probably already scanning social medias for “hostile” citizens. Better to leave it by choice than being deported.

    30. MotorStatistician100 on

The number of people actually acting on this is minuscule. Remember last time he got elected and all the people that said they move?

Also, it’s not that easy to”just” to move somewhere. To gain residency is not easy in most desirable countries. Easiest for an American would be Mexico (yes, I know its not Europe) .

I have an EU and a US passport and decided last year to go to a 3rd option. Tons of better places out there!

    31. NEYakAngler on

Would love to be one of them but finding work opportunities for both my wife and I is not so easy even with both of us having advanced degrees.

    32. ReviveDept on

Well, if any American is interested in trading passports let me know! They should set up some type of program for that lol.
