How much would it have cost for that to go to the high court?
I don’t know the full details of the planning application or the merits of it, but in this case it apepars that ABP did not follow due process and the judge made the correct decision in overturning their decision.
I’m aware that this will not please the “build-at-all-costs” crowd, but that’s besides the point.
Is calling something “Jesuitical” a sick burn? Are the Jesuits known for being lax with planning applications?
