Surely to God with 4 years of this, minimum, we should be looking away from the US as a stable job creator and go all-in on our neighbors, Canada and so on? Can’t we offset that potential loss that way? It ain’t gonna get any better, especially if the US itself nose dives.
Finally, some good news on the housing front and, oddly enough, it’s a government policy own goal that will do it…
This is a good thing. Its the kick up the arse the government needs.
We need to diversify instead of praying that the golden goose keeps laying eggs for us.
If only one could have foreseen that pegging your country to a single country to create your people job could backfire … well time to learn how to walk Ireland and it’s not going to be easy.
Thankfully we kept our tourism industry… oh wait.
