That’s mad. I am just glad nobody was hurt in this whole story. This could’ve easily been a terrible tragedy.
Unfortunately they won’t get jailed.

Ye, not gonna grow up to be anything decent most likely.
This should be a lifetime driving ban for the little scumbags. They hit 4 cars and easily could have hurt or killed someone else or themselves.
Just give them a lifetime driving license ban. If they can’t be jailed they need to be punished some other way.
Bit of a fuck up if the containment effort resulted in them hitting 4 parked cars.
In fairness, it’s the fucking scumbags are the problem but there’s probably going to be a keen eyed turned on the outcome and risks involved in that type of conclusion.
The summer weather draws the worst on the roads unfortunately.
