It’s not the people who are willing to stop that they need to be stopping.
Only if you stop though. The people who are the real problem will just give them the finger and ride off as usual.

Yup he looks like the problem. Not the darlings doing wheelies in the middle of the road between the sorting office and the wind jammer every day. And definitely not putting even one person near the bin at the entrance to the dart 2 minutes from their clubhouse in college green.

In fairness, clamping down on the general public makes what the criminals do even more offensive.
It’s a mindset change at the moment. People are used to delivery bikes flying around with impunity.
I have/had an ebike I don’t use, use the normal one now. I’m really not sure it meets the rules, the speedometer says it gets to 30kph but no idea if that is accurate. The company who sold it said it was 25kph max but they don’t sell this model anymore.
