Oh ffs. I sometimes believe in karma, maybe as a way to help me do good for others, but then you read about something like this and you see how pointless any notion of karma is. I guess we are all just randomly put on this earth and have a choice between being an orc or someone like this woman and her son. I hope they find joy, peace and love in a better place…
