Regardless of if europes values align with those of the US, there cannot be any significant trade or defense relationship with a country whos administration changes their mind every two minutes completely unpredictably.

We need to focus on ourselves and strengthen from within in all areas – economic, political, security.

The Trump admin had a huge miscalculation in thinking the entire world would bend the knee to its demands and he sold the lie internally to Americans that other countries would be paying for these tariffs.

Now American ports are empty, e-commerce sites have added ‘tariff tax’ in itemised receipts at checkout and grocery prices are skyrocketing.

The thing these guys don’t understand is you can’t treat somebody like shit and then 1 month later act like all the nonsense you spewed about them is forgotten.

There is only one path for Europe’s future: complete and unnegociable defense autonomy (and that’s only possible with a militar deterrence). If they fail to do it, Europe will not survive as we know it.

They want to speak now? Let’s speak and negotiate based on OUR interests ONLY. If it suits us, ok, if not, go fuck yourself.
