I have the same note, your’s looks legit. Down to the fibers and texture. 🙂 It’s not like there’s a huge market for old Reichsmark bills, which is why they’re cheap. In fact, creating a decent replica would probably be more expensive.
The good condition is no reason to believe that this is a replica. I still have a couple of bank notes from the 1910s and 1920s (inflation era, highest denomination I have is 100.000) around from my grandmother, and some of them still look pristine. Most of them aren’t that rare, making the price appear reasonable, but I am not enough of an expert to tell if the one you have might be an exception.
Of course it’s real, I have some of these. Why shouldn’t it be real?
