Thank you for caring! Please don’t leave the poor thing. That could be shot wound. Look for vets nearby and contact them, hopefully they can take them in asap and refer you to a shelter nearby where it can continue to recieve treatment and be rehomed eventually. 

Sadly u have pay for his medical care, otherwise the cat would not get help. Maybe if u share ur area, someone would volunteer to pay and care for that poor cat.
