Yes and the US has also sent Ukraine decommissioned f16s for spare parts, has agreed to train Ukrainian pilots, and is allowing Ukraine to purchase weapons from US stockpiles.
This all really just makes me believe that things behind the scenes are incredibly different than what the public knows.

I’m hoping the adults in the oval office has managed to explain that the isolationist stance he believes in is not the american way. We had those pressures in 1916 and the late 1930s but smart americans recognised that making thing happen in your favor is better than having things happen to you. we have been intrinsically tied to our democratic european neighbors and partners for over 100 years, their goverments and instutions reflect our influnce and some of there constitutions are mirrored in our image. Please Do not allow the non democratic autocracy regain a foothold in europe and here and make a mockery of all the sacrifices of those who came before.
