Totally understandable. It would be very rude if Europe or NATO would stop Russia from coming back later to finish what they started.

There come the conditions that are NOT pre-conditions.
Armenia has trained with NATO in 2023, 2024, and 2025. Armenia is/was in the CSTO. I think they still are but have announced they are leaving or thinking about leaving.
Then there is no point in “peace” talks. Russia won’t agree to anything Ukraine proposes and will demand Ukraine agrees to all of it’s proposals, which no one in their right mind would accept.

This is little more than a rehash of the butthurt Russians’ self-entitlement to the de facto demilitarization of the ~~Ukrainians~~ ~~Little Russians~~ *khоkhоІѕ*. Putin, Peskov and the over 140 million of their compatriots are just like a run-of-the-mill horde of nomadic horsemen who offers “peace” by threatening to rаре and pillage those in the civilized world with the honor to defend themselves.
The only functional difference between the Russians of the 21st century and their МоngоІіаn spirit animals of the 13th century (i.e. GоІdеn Ноrdе) is that the former excel *only* at murdering opposing civilians.
Meanwhile the latter showed that they were adept at that *and* obliterating an opposing army one-on-one.
I reject their rejection of peacekeepers and NATO infrastructure.
