Come vedi, ho un pacchetto promozionale che avrebbe dovuto essere 10,95 mensili per dati illimitati (che è e una volta esaurito i dati ad alta velocità, ricevo sempre un SMS che dice "Hai esaurito i dati ad alta velocità, puoi continuare a navigare a velocità limitata o controllare i nostri altri pacchetti di dati."
Come vedi in fondo, c’è un "Accelerazione dell’opzione" vale 20 chf. Il pescato non ho mai acquistato, richiesto o abbonato a quel pacchetto. Solo ora mi sono reso conto, questa aggiunta mi ha fatto pagare ogni singolo mese, mettendomi circa -100 chf per un abbonamento per cui non avevo mai sottratto.
Questo mi sembra molto illegale. Posso fare causa a Lebara per questo?

No mention of even calling support and ask once, but asking if you can sue? smh
You should probably take a one way ticket to the US. You could sue anyone for anything there.
Well, to begin the discussion with sueing is probably not the best idea (unless you’re retared).
But you could of course ask the provider for an explanation and demand your money back.
In case they refuse to refund you the money and you’re convinced that you have never subscribed to this option (and there is nothing in your contract that somehow allows them to automatically apply the upgrade), then you could probably ineed start a civil lawsuit for “ungerechtfertigte Bereicherung”.
Yes. Sue them. Get the best and most expensive lawyer you could get. They will have to pay you 100fr back.
