This is madness. I once reached out to him on twitter and he was a lovely man. What has happened to make him go mental like this?

While obviously he is not guilty of this accusation until proved otherwise in court he is guilty of being a weird gobshite with an obsession against trans people.
I always wondered if he saw The Crying Game and got a tingle and that’s how it started.

imagine being one of the most beloved cultural creators of a generation, happily married, financially more than comfortable, and pissing ALL of that, every last shred, up a wall because of a pathologically deranged hatred of really small, extremely oppressed minority. like. what. get a grip mate.
I know it’s not how the law works, but at this point I will believe literally any negative thing anyone says about him.

This photo he made for an app was a clear moment where he was far down the rabbit hole. I wasn’t even aware of the second one further down the page. An unnecessarily miserable existence, and such a slow train wreck.
If ever there was a fantastic example of separating artist and art. Absolutely deranged man. There’s just got to be some wires crossed.

Sure the judge / jury may not be in the audience, but this is not how to convince people you’re not guilty of harassing a trans person. (Nor is the rest of his behavior for the last several years.)
Slight aside and I share none of his views but I find things like this instructive in getting me to spend less time online arguing with strangers on the internet. It clearly does have the potential to drive people insane.
I knew even before clicking in that he would be accused of harassing a trans person. Has he nothing better to do with his time? I’m trans and I spend less time thinking about trans issues than he does.
He’s a lovely fella. He once taught me how to milk a cow blindfolded.

Like, seriously, THIS GUY? Too look at him now you wouldn’t think he had a talented or original bone in his body. Just pure unadulterated rage and bigotry.
He wrote a hit piece on a mate of mine who’s a trans man, was threatened with legal action then by a local LGBTQ charity and took down the post, my mate was like 18 at the time.
