Questo ragazzo sta vendendo pistole sul mercato di Facebook che è letteralmente contro TOS e può metterlo 7 anni di prigione, ha detto che non gli importa e mi ha definito un Karen. Lo denunciamo alla polizia?

Bravo for calling it out. Call and make a report to the police.
The rest calling you a “snitch” and such are trivial and should not be taken into consideration. Don’t let them hinder you from telling other people off when doing something illegal.
How do you know it’s doing it illegally?
if you dont have prove you shouldnt assume. not guilty until proven guilty. The guy might have license or this stuff might be replicas.
As long as the buyer has a license for a firearm and you conduct the sale at a police station it aint illegal
Well strickly speaking is NOT illegal to sell a gun you own in Cyprus!
It is regulated and need both the seller and buyer needs a licence that they can own a gun. I believe is also mandatory for the seller to confirm the licence of the buyer and inform the police about the change in ownership when the transaction is done!
Yes, if you don’t follow the rules you could go to jail up to 7 years according to the law! I don’t think there is any stupid enough to not follow those rules!
Now about the facebook TOS… well what would they do?:p Worst case (for him) would be to ban him, or maybe just remove the listing!
It’s not outright illegal. If the guy has the proper paperwork and follows the legal procedures, he can absolutely transfer ownership of that shotgun without issue.
Honestly, maybe it’s just how I was raised, but I wouldn’t go running to the police over something I don’t fully understand. You never know what kind of person you’re dealing with, and like my mother always said, “you never know how crazy someone can be.”
More importantly, unless you’re 100% sure something illegal is happening, you shouldn’t assume the worst. Not everything needs your involvement, sometimes it’s better to just mind your own business.
