This is how this sort of thing should be treated, but people will think this is bad because certain more major parties are waiting until conviction to get rid (if they even do).
The complaint could be complete bollocks, but they’ve suspended him until they’ve figured out what went on, and as of right now we don’t know the complaint.
I think it is premature. It’s like judging them before the investigation is concluded and gives the impression of fault.

If this was a tory or reform councillor/MP the party would be included in the headline for added journalistic drama and public outrageous
