You build a bot. It downloads things from whatever sites it finds randomly. The sites don’t list copyright, much less the random people uploading these things.

Now you have to somehow find out the copyright. How do you do that?

How do you do that a million times a second? How do you store that when you’re not actually storing the thing you downloaded?

That’s the hard technical issue here.
