Declare them a terrorist state already. How much do they have to do?

Sure, the first 16 sanctions didn’t stop him… so maybe the 17th will? /s
Come on… this isn’t going anywhere. It’s been going on long enough, either go full sanctions or start taking this hybrid warfare for what it is… a series of attacks.

    4. Do all these sanctions stack up? Are all previous sanctions still in place?

“I welcome the agreement on our 17th sanctions package against Russia. We are further restricting access to battlefield technology. And we have listed an additional 189 shadow fleet vessels to target Russia’s energy exports,” the European Commission President said.

I read this like so: after more then 3 years of war and 16 sanctions packages, we’re letting russia have access to battlefield technology as well as a nice fleet of tankships, just in case. But NOW with the 17th package we will restrict this a bit more. That’ll show them.

      Like, seriously: WTF?!

How about secondary sanctions on any company or country found trading with them? That would get results!

Since Gazprom is in bankruptcy (mainly from not able to sell gas to EU, or at least sell but small amounts), EU must put an max price per barrel russian oil to lets say 35-40$? That will hurt them even more. They will only be able to partly cover their operation costs and no money to fund their war.
