CIAO. Spero che vivete tutti una giornata meravigliosa. Uso sempre per comprare le uova da Yalla, ad esempio poiché è più economico. Ma un mio amico mi ha detto che dovresti iniziare a prendere uova migliori. Ero cosa? Ha detto che ci sono quei numeri da 1 a 3 che ti mostrano la qualità delle uova. Conosco la migliore qualità del numero 1 dal momento che è gabbia gratuita. Purtroppo non ho trovato molte opzioni numero 1 in tutto il mercato, ma così tante sono Luomu. Mi chiedo qual è la differenza tra il numero 1 e quello di Luomu? Quale migliore o più sano? Dove posso trovare più opzioni come il numero 1.

“Better” is a subjective thing. Just buy whatever you like. There is no nutritional benefit either way.

A big difference is how much space the chicken have and in what kind of conditions they live. “Free range” (or 1 – ulkokanala) doesn’t actually mean the chicken live outdoors, they can be indoors for 16 weeks in a row.

The main difference is in animal welfare. *Luomu* means organic, and some consumers believe organic products are healthier, but many also buy luomu eggs because they have the strictest rules for wellbeing of the hens (free range and fewest hens per square meter).
As sad as it is, free-range hens are not allowed outdoors without a roof due to the bird flu in wild birds.
