that’s a bit much. but we should certainly have united defence, foreign policy and trade. but internally, the very different cultures and ways to do things, should be respected.
You should add the specific country at the bottom. We have to celebrate our varieties. It’s our strongest asset. “United in Diversity”

Not a big fan of the idea. I think passports can have some EU symbols but I think it is much more interesting to enjoy and share each country’s culture and peculiarities that make each special. I think most passports reveal monuments and people that are symbols of their own culture.
I completely agree that Europe should be united, but I harshly disagree they should have a European federation.
They shouldn’t give up their sovereignty, in my opinion.
basically, all membership citizens have a EU citizenship, but no passports are issued (yet)

Not sure why this would be better than the current system, and you’d have the (not unwarranted) pushback that the EU is not a culturally homogenous bloc.

Why so desperate for an eu passport? Do you think all Africans want an African passport or Asians and Asian passport? Why aren’t you proud of your own country?
What advantage would it give us over our normal passports? Rather keep my current one tbh
