Negli ultimi giorni il mio indirizzo e -mail è stato violato e successivamente il mio account Kleinanzeigen è stato cancellato. Ho scritto il supporto, ma ho solo una risposta scacciale che l’account non verrà nuovamente attivato. 10 minuti dopo anche mia moglie e le mie figlie sono state sospese. Ho provato a creare un nuovo account ma non ricevo un messaggio di testo per verificare l’account.
Ho letto che posso scrivere un’e -mail e dire loro di eliminare tutti i miei dati in Germania, abbiamo una legge chiamata DSGVO La mia domanda è se questo funziona davvero e include il numero di cellulare e se qualcuno ha avuto esperienza con questo in passato?
Sono stato anche molto messo in discussione di quanto i team di supporto rispondono non professionali e, basi non sono disposti a dare un vero supporto.

What do you want to achieve by then deleting your data? It reads like it is not about data protection.
Your whole household was banned because you all us the same IP-Address to access Kleinanzeigen which simply blocked you because you were hacked.
The DSGVO just says (simplified) that your data has to be deleted if you demand it and specified conditions are met, as defined in article 17 . In your case none of these conditions are met – Ebay has a legitimate interest in keeping your data to ensure that you can not create a new account.
I was banned last time due to accessing it on multiple instances then forgetting and guessing my password. I believe this can be appealed cause I got my account back
Maybe using a vpn will help
In the end, if they don’t want you to use their service, not much you can do.
