In Germania, cosa significa questo, nessun parcheggio o fermo sul lato della strada, ma posso parcheggiare i parcheggi giusto? Altrimenti sarebbe solo il segno superiore e non entrambi, corretto? Spot come nella seconda foto può parcheggiare?

    No, it means no stopping and parking on the streat AND on the side strip.

    Edit: the Audi in 2nd pic is parking wrong, the other 2 in front arent impacted by the sign, as its on the other side of the street.

    You don’t want to park your car directly besides a construction site anyway, or do you?

  3. The sign means “No stopping”, and the lower plate indicates “prohibition *includes* the shoulder and any parking bays” — so no stopping at all. But the sign only applies to the side of the road that it’s posted on; so in your second picture, the sign doesn’t apply to the vehicles closest to you, but the grey car on the other side of the street is parked illegally (unless the photo was taken before yesterday).
