I’m no master criminal but I think if I’d abandoned some children in a park and the police asked me for my DNA I’d decline.

Abandoning a baby could be the sign of a desperate person in a poor mental state that needs help. Doing it three times is just evil. These children were left to die and the parents need to found and jailed.
