Vivo a Berlino e mi sono capitate transazioni non autorizzate (2.400 euro) il 7 marzo e posso vedere sulla mia app che è stata effettuata da qualcuno dal Brasile utilizzando Google Pay. Quindi, da quanto ho capito, qualcuno ha creato un account Google Pay con i dati della mia carta e mi sono reso conto, sfogliando i miei messaggi, di aver ricevuto un codice di verifica da N26 per verificare il mio Google Pay il 4 marzo. Non ricordo nemmeno quel messaggio! Penso di non aver prestato attenzione all’inizio quando ho ricevuto, ma non ho usato quel codice di verifica! Non ho Google Pay, sto usando solo Apple Pay e non sono mai stato in Brasile! Cosa farò ragazzi! Per favore aiutami 😔 grazie

1) Involve the police. They are not likely to provide support, but the fact that you reported it may be helpful later.
2) Check https://haveibeenpwned.com/ if your data was part of a breach. This may help you to know what happened and to be able to prove your claim.
3) Change your passwords. All of them, especially mail and Google! Never use the same password for multiple accounts.
4) The sad truth: money is most likely gone. N26 is not known to be particularly helpful (their business model is to not care at all about customers).
