I think their opposition to the US military is justified due to the US’s involvement in Gaza but storming into an airport is quite dangerous.

This act will achieve nothing more than a peaceful protest.

Very little is being done to ensure weapons are not passing through Ireland or its airspace, which is a criminal act. This is disgraceful, breaking onto a runway and assaulting a garda after being arrested, shame on them! We all agree what’s going on in the middle east is awful and wrong on so many levels, but this aggressive protesting gets nobody anywhere. Grow up and stop acting like fools!

Also worth noting that the Coast Guard helicopter is necessarily grounded when there’s a security incident airside, on a day of the year when there’ll be way more people than average swimming in the ocean.

So these dopey fucks are interfering with a critical emergency service for the entire West Coast as well.
