Gardaí indagando sull’omicidio di Michael Gaine Release Man detenuto per essere interrogato

Presumably they don’t have enough evidence. Disappointing

They can’t even prove it’s a homicide yet, so they can’t charge him with anything anyway.

But they obviously have their main suspect in the crosshairs.

So they take him in for questioning and probe various things like his whereabouts at the time of Mike’s disappearance. 

If there’s any discrepancies, this can be used as evidence against him in future.
