“unnafected by day and night cycle”. feel the answer is quite obvious but cant quite figure out how? geostationary relay sattelites of some fashion? or you position the mirrors along the poles axis but that limits power dissemination on the ground unless they put a belt of receivers on the ground along the ecuator? if the latter that feels counterintuitive right‽
