It’s not really a surprise. She pleaded guilty originally and even her solicitor agreed that the severity of her crime was at the upper end of the scale.

Good, she was inciting an active mob to burn down hotels containing hundreds of migrants and British workers alike. Had the mob managed to do so, it would have been potentially the biggest act of terrorism the country has ever seen. The numbers may have exceeded Lockerbie.

Anyone playing the crime down is a massive hypocrite, as I guarentee if it was a Muslim person calling to burn down churches during a Muslim riot, they’d be foaming at the mouth and wanting the death penalty returning. Never in a million years would they call them “hurty words” and be asking for leniancy for the Muslims online.

I’m a bit confused as to how many conservatives are painting her as innocent… she literally tweeted and incited violence. Yes even the tory party did when Kemi blamed Starmer for her arrest

    4. I guarantee if this was one of those woke lefty AntiFa types posting to encourage others to burn down a hotel full of people we would be seeing very, very different comments.

She got off lightly only being charged with ‘inciting racial hatred’, when in fact she incited arson, and stated she was indifferent about whether people died in that arson.

300k saw her post and over the following day exactly what she incited was attempted.

      1. She incited arson and stated she was indifferent about whether people were killed by that arson.

      2. Ricky Jones has pleaded not guilty and the courts system is in chaos after years of underfunding, hence the delay.

Not difficult to understand at all.

Of course, the Gbeebies brigade are out in force making excuses for this cow. 🙄

So to be clear, she plead guilty to reduce her sentence and then appealed on the basis that she didn’t do what she plead guilty for.

It’s a shame the appeal couldn’t result in the reduction being revoked.

She fucked around and found out. I hope she understands that freedom of speech does not mean freedom from consequences.

It’s good that her appeal was refused.
