What do you mean by “quality”? I’m sure they contain what it says on the box. If you actually lack those nutritions, it can be helpful to take supplements them.

Doppelherz is a known brandmark in Germany, this has nothing to do with DM. And generally speaking DM is fine.

DM and Doppelherz are both fine! I know some people are picky about the ratio of EPA and DHA in their fish oil or something though so you might want to check if this is fine for you.
