Kill ‘em with fire
All this talk about peace when they are actively bombing civilians and preparing new assault. Of course we all know they don’t mean it but I just can’t believe some people still take them seriously
Medinsky pretty much foreshadowed that.
They will capture the ruins of Vovchansk again, collect a few dozen people remaining there, make a sham “referendum” with them (and possibly a busload or two of randoms) and add Kharkiv oblast to constitutionally defined Russian territory.
They are just building up the narrative for more fight.
