      They should have enough money to pay if they got payouts in all their “legitimate / s” previous court cases.

      Now, how about every PI case is dealt with properly, real evidence and, if compo is needed, a reasonable amount. A small scar does not need €100k.

      They should aggressively pursue this payment. Put a lean on their house and take a proportion of their income earned so they are never below 40% taxed on any earnings.

      I’m so fed up of people who play the system and have no consequences.
