I can’t imagine how tough it is to lose a child but this is just a typical clerical error. I’m not sure why they are trying to make a story out of it.
Many of us have received post for loved ones that have already passed.
Yes it’s the same HSE that they brought to court over their child’s death but it’s a massive organisation and clerical mistakes happen.
The emotional side of this aside, how much did it cost for the HSE to send a letter by taxi? It’s easy to spend other people’s money.
She’s asking how did this happen when the article explains it. They reached out after she complained on social media and apologised immediately. I really don’t see how this is article worthy.
