The president is very committed at preventing wars and we’ve tried to outline to both sides, especially the Azerbaijani side the tremendous benefits that would come from signing a peace deal and not engaging in a war that we would find to be destructive, counterproductive and the last thing we need right now in the region.
Every morning I wake up to read the news about Armenia, it is a very perverse combination of great news and awful news in a way that makes it very hard to see what is actually happening.
