Well they better count that russia is making war on them.
Gotta love the subtle persuasion technique of bringing together Obama and a 1992 policy when Russia and Ukraine were still trying to find their footing from the dissolution of the USSR, right when Trump gets hard-punked by Putin with no recourse.
