Does that mean places with low Garda presence are low (Dublin) and places with low presence are high (Wexford)

Do Waterford people *give* stuff to shops or something?

Ah lads I was up in court for some dumb shit years ago, there was a dude there already in custody. He was in some low security prison up the country. He was out for a funeral or something in Ennis. He was caught robbing 4 cans of Stella and a roll from the deli in dunnes, he’d a huge wrap sheet. He was mouthing off at the judge, the judge gave him another three months. The look on his inbred face was priceless.
When did Cavan and Monaghan amalgamate? I must’ve missed that announcement.

Does changing from county borders to something people don’t commonly understand, improve our understanding?
I mean is there a solid reason to move the usual goalposts?
Obviously confusing people has advantages if you intend to try to manipulate them, but that can’t be the goal here.
Whats the advantage of using this system?

Just like the hurling, galway narrowly lose to kilkenny. We gotta pump those numbers up.

Definitely higher than this. Four recent incidents of shoplifting in my family’s place in the last 2 months. Gardai we’re rang, footage downloaded, still no one has come out from the station despite repeated requests.

What a completely useless map. What does the percentage change matter when we have no idea of the initial values, or the relative values involved. A 10% rise could mean one more chocolate bar was stolen compared to the ten that were stolen last year, or it could mean a thousand new cars were nicked.

The -3 is intriguing.
Per Garda division is a weird metric.
