    Dubbio di parcheggio


    Ciao a tutti,

    Sono stato parcheggiato oggi nella città di Heidelberg City. In genere sono consapevole di nessuna zone di parcheggio e qui non c’erano segni. Inoltre, c’erano altre auto parcheggiate. Ma, in seguito, ho ricevuto un biglietto dicendo che ho commesso un’offesa e riceverò una lettera da Heidelberg Mobilität. Posso combattere il biglietto o non è permesso parcheggiare in questo modo?

    PS: la mia è la macchina bianca.

      No signs needed, it’s a bike lane. Definitely illegal to park there.

      Mhh, let’s see – one half of your car is parked on the bike lane and the other half is parked on the sidewalk…

      Get familiar with the StVO. You parked on a bicycle lane, which is not allowed. Pay the ticket, you were clearly in the wrong. The fact that other cars were parked there as well won’t help your case.

      Can bycicles park in the street? No? Then you also can’t park there.

      Having other people not follow the law doesn’t mean it’s not a law anymore

      Thanks everyone! Got it. I’m in the wrong. Didn’t think it was wrong since there wasn’t a no parking sign and didn’t block the cycling path fully. Didn’t know it was illegal. Won’t be making the same mistake again. Lesson learned 😅

      It’s just a bike lane… Who cares?! We are in Germany! It’s the land of the Autofahrer. Everybody knows that.

      Not only did you park on the bike lane, but you also possibly blocked the sidewalk. Hard to tell from this picture.

      But bike lane is ALWAYS a big no no. There are lots of angry cyclist that will key your car for that.

      That’s the Peak German experience. “Ne Uschi, dat is jut. Die stehen doch uch alle da!” 4 hours later “Mensch das jibbet doch nicht, dat is aber auch Scheisse ausgeschildert hier. Die wollen doch nur Geld machen!”

      No sign is needed, would you park on the autobahn just because there isnt a sign prohibiting it?
